As a researcher, strategist, speaker, and moderator, Patrycja is passionate about facilitating strategic conversations around inclusion. At the beginning of 2020, she founded Inclusionem after identifying the need to understand and utilize data,  research, strategy, and execution in the inclusion area. Patrycja believes that strong teams include humans who are felt, seen and valued and, as such, devotes herself to building relationships that will create lasting change.

Patty gives her all to everything that she does. She believes in quality over quantity. Patty looks for and finds the good in all people and situations, seeing potential and drawing it out. A purpose-driven family

As a dual-career couple, Patrycja and her husband, Ernesto, are purpose-driven. They are committed to raising their children to realise their passions and courageously pursue their dreams. For Patty, community is everything; she models this for her children. Their home is a hub for family and friends, and you are assured of good coffee and delicious food with every visit.

Accomplishments

Patrycja’s passion for inclusive workplaces comes through in her Doctoral research on Inclusive Leadership. Often asked to advise organizations on creating a truly inclusive culture, Patrycja looks at structures, data, processes, and leadership to help implement practical ideas and practices within the broader organizational context. She connects the dots.
